OUR SCHOOL
Primarily, our classes are in the American Kenpo System as set up by Senior Grand Master and father of the system, Edmund K. Parker. It focuses on learning the concepts and principles of effective movement through the use of techniques and forms.
We are Kung-Fu based. Traditional teaching style with strong basics.

We offer Self-Defense Classes for Children and Adults, including Women's Self-Defense. We will go over prevention strategies as well as quick "get-away" techniques.
THROUGH REPETION OF MOVEMENT, THE UNKNOWN BECOMES NATURAL
Our school is recognized in the Martial Arts Community as an official Ed Parker Kenpo Karate school and are Associate Schools of the IKKA and FTKA.
